The Physicians Leadership Academy (PLA) was created in 2013 and has supported the leadership development of 204 physicians in central Ohio. The 2024-2025 class has 17 physicians enrolled.

This 10-month intensive program was developed with the intention to cultivate physician leaders and enable them to create exemplary patient/provider experiences, increase collaboration between physicians, and provide transformational leadership throughout the healthcare system.
